Boot Camp Buenos Aires is you, improving your own fitness with an international community, using the most refreshing parts of the city as your outdoor gym. Group training sessions (in English and Spanish) are strategically designed to optimize your individual fitness level in an authentic and fresh way by incorporating calisthenic exercises, strength/resistance training, aerobic conditioning, functional movements, and TRX systems. Personal Training Sessions are also available.

| Boot Camp Puerto Madero We will be meeting in the middle of la Puente de la Mujer, which is a lovely bridge right in the middle of Dique 3 in Puerto Madero. It is a 15-minute walk away from Plaza de Mayo or la Casa Rosada. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will either be in the park called Parque Mujeres Argentinas or Parque Micaela Bastida. Subway options: Line B (station L.N. Alem), Line D (station Catedral), Line A (station Plaza de Mayo), Line E (Bolivar) all leave you less than 6 blocks away from the bridge Bus options: 4, 22, 29, 33, 56, 61, 62, 64, 74, 86, 93, 99, 105, 126, 129, 130, 140, 143, 146, 152, 159, 180 (and so many more) Note: If you are taking the subway and ending at Plaza de Mayo, you should walk up two streets to Tte. Gral. Juan Domingo Perón, over five blocks to Dique 3. You'll see the bridge from there. Avenida Belgrano leads straight to Dique 3 as well.
